Having trouble installing or signing in to eBDN? Here are answers to the most common issues.
Android: the app won't install
Allow installs from your browser in Settings, then open the downloaded APK again. Make sure your device runs Android 10 or later.
iPhone: TestFlight link doesn't open
Install Apple's TestFlight app from the App Store first, then tap the iPhone download button again. iOS 16 or later is required.
I can't sign in
Confirm you are using the credentials issued by your FuelGo administrator. Accounts must be approved before first use.
Updating the app
Return to this page and download the latest version. Your data is stored securely on our servers and is not lost when updating.
